Synopsis
In South Mumbai, billionaire Balvir Chopra shares a legendary love story with his late wife, Nita. Years ago, Balvir hid his wealth from Nita until a grand proposal revealed his true status—a surprise she embraced with joy. Decades later, history repeats itself when his son, Jaiveer, falls for Jaya in London. Following his father’s lead, Jaiveer pretends to be poor. However, he soon discovers a massive obstacle: Jaya and her father, Lokhande, despise the wealthy. To win Jaya’s hand, Jaiveer and his friend Deepak convince the elite Chopra family to commit to a massive deception. The ultra-rich family swaps their mansion for a "basti," living as a struggling family to impress the Lokhandes. The story follows the comedic and emotional struggles of the Chopras as they attempt to survive a life without luxury. Can they maintain the facade long enough to secure the marriage, or will the truth behind India’s richest family eventually be revealed?
