Vittorio pretends to be gay so he can chaperone a rich man's daughter on vacation in Germany. Unfortunately his driver really is gay and Vittorio has a problem.

After the government decides to incorporate the town of Entenbach into the town of Almendingen the two towns engage in a battle of pranks in order to lure tourists away from each other and change those plans.

But she manages to flee shortly after and takes Blondi to a doctor. He tells her his story, how he used to smuggle drugs, but one day fled with a suitcase full of money. Retired tax official Willi Winzig spends his retirement happily and contentedly in his home. However, this changes when his sister Heidelinde, her daughter and his father want to move in with him, and as Willi is a good-natured man, he takes them in, but because they have no money and his pension is not enough for all four of them, he has to take on a new job. He gets a job as a salesman for household appliances, but his good nature gets in the way again.

Kaminsky was once a good cop, but because of a crime he was sent to this deserted precinct. Now he is obsessed with just one idea: to get back at those who hurt him. The compulsion to demonstrate his dwindling strength and vitality turns him into an animal, a devil in human form who only follows his animalistic instincts...
