And nine-year-old Sophie feels obliged to stand in for her mother in the farm store instead of going to school. Of course, Billy is not indifferent to the fate of the organic farm. She is determined to help the Pohlmann family, but where can she start?
Former boxing world champion Kai Burdenski is up to his ears in debt and can neither pay rent nor electricity for his boxing school. But she only saw her father from his worst sides during his sports career and doesn't want to hear anything from him anymore. Burdenski's stubbornness and pride are not helpful here either.

Without spoken commentary from the documentary filmmakers, but rather through the power of images and people's stories, a powerful film has been created that shows that Bitterfeld cannot be adequately described as an ecological crisis area alone.
