The plot is based on the daily life of the Panigasi family, an impoverished middle-class family.
Buenos Aires, Argentina. A luxurious van is parked on the sidewalk. A man enters with the purpose of stealing whatever he can find, but when he wants to leave, he cannot. The doors do not open, the control panel does not respond: the van has become an armored box and he is trapped like a mouse.
On the eve of the 2001 outbreak, Natalia falls madly in love with her lifelong friend Diego. The romance is interrupted when he meets the more experienced Silvia. The Argentine dictatorship kidnapped people who where thought to be part of communist guerrillas. This one in particular is the story of Telmo, a homosexual tailor living in a small town with his mother, whose house is suddenly invaded by one of these supposed guerrilla fighters, which he names Olaf to disguise his real identity. Turns out Telmo helps this guy hide from the military but it all gets complicated because he's currently working on the wedding dress of the daughter of the general who is chasing Olaf.
