Hello everyone, I'm Maya the Bee! What do I love? Freedom! That's why I live in the meadow instead of the hive. I have a thousand and one adventures with my friends: Shelby snail, Max the worm ... and of course Willy! Willy is very lazy and greedy ... But he's my best friend. A bubbly little bumblebee rebels against the rules of the hive to make all kinds of friends—from violin-playing grasshoppers to a hornet named Sting.

A platoon of ants set out to save their community in the midst of a severe drought, but the hilariously inept Arnie and Barney – who are not cut out for heroics – decide to tackle the problem themselves. Their bumbling efforts lead them to uncover a shady water racket and team up with a secretive superhero mosquito. In a series of comical mishaps, they inadvertently save the meadow and become the most unlikely heroes of all.

Following an unproductive harvest season, it’s up to Maya and her brave friends to save their hive by competing in a series of games.

When Maya, a headstrong little bee, and her best friend Willy, rescue an ant princess, they find themselves in the middle of an epic bug battle that will take them to strange new worlds and test their friendship to its limits.
