Plebania is a Polish soap opera broadcast from October 5, 2000 to January 27, 2012 on TVP1. The series is about the lives of ordinary people in the fictional Polish village of Tulczyn. The plot revolves around the family, religious, and social issues of the village inhabitants with central roles played by a parish priest, his family and friends, and a wealthy business man known for shady dealings. In Stalinist Poland, cabaret singer Tonia decides to spend the evening drinking with a group of friends. The next morning, she awakes to find that, for reasons unknown to her, she has been jailed as a political prisoner. As prison officials interrogate, torture and humiliate her, she fights for survival and to maintain her innocence by refusing to sign a false confession. As her years of imprisonment pass, her relationship with her captors grows more complicated.

Robert Meller and Janusz Dymek's documentary drama concerns the famous 1964 meat scandal, in which three death sentences were demanded and one was adjudicated and executed. The victim was Stanislaw Wawrzecki. Ostensibly, it was about fraud and bribes in the meat industry. In fact, it was about covering up the government's economic ineptitude, shortages of supplies and directing the people's anger at a few defendants.

A young boy rescues a black cat, Rademenes, who can talk and who in turn gives the boy seven wishes. But it turns out that with each wish there come a lot of problems.

Three-part film centered around a film being made by a group of young directors. In the first a working-class girl finishes school and has her first love affair, which ends badly. In the second a provincial boy with dreams of life in the theater has an affair with his boss' wife. They meet during the film's screen tests.

A story of a female production manager in a garment factory discovering that an award is being given to the wrong person on purpose. She stands up the injustice. Her best friend backs her up instead of the cultprit, the man she is living with. Later, the former production manager becomes a mayor in a resort town, where she in turn practices malfasance and is caught in the act by her friend.

After graduating from vocational school, Rafał Michalski tries to pass to a technical school, which fails. Takes a job in a car factory - in a locksmith shop. The shy boy becomes the object of his friends' jokes. She also finds no support in the family - her mother is busy running the house, her sister is preparing for her exams for studies, and her father has an absorbing job. At work, Rafał meets the nice Hanka. Maybe friendship with her will turn into a deeper feeling?
