Norman Chan Hok-Yan (陳學人) is a Hong Kong director, producer and screenwriter. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinematic Arts Film & Television Production from the University of Southern California. In 1989, he directed his first feature film, The Nobles (單身貴族).
