Synopsis
Innovator LudvĂk Zach is in love with his technical data and improvement proposals and does not believe that women could be able to understand these problems. However, on his way back from a conference, he meets Jarmila, an electromechanic, and arranges a meeting with her. Rather than work with Turek, OtĂk decides to accept an offer of employment in Prague, but finds he does not fit in to the city life. After discovering that the transfer of OtĂk to Prague was a trick by a crooked politician to get a deal on OtĂk's large inherited house, Pávek agrees to give OtĂk a second chance and retrieves him from the city to resume their work together.
