
Synopsis
Ejder specialized in gravedigging in Germany, where he went to work in order to build a new life. He earns his living through this profession. However, Ejder's life in Germany is shaken by the death of his father. Upon returning to his hometown of Dalaman Şerefler Village, Ejder encounters the million-dollar living spaces created by both locals and foreigners in the village and decides to use his expertise in funeral services to make money. Guided by the philosophy that "a lion is known by its lair," Ejder sets out to offer the deceased wealthy individuals a resting place under olive trees, symbolizing immortality, instead of the village cemetery. As Ejder begins designing personalized graves with the slogan, "Horizontal burial—something that will be with you even after death," his business starts to thrive. However, the traumatic story of Bektaş, who recently settled in the town, will deeply affect Ejder...
