The telenovela is a production of Angelli Nesma Medina and is an original story by Adrian Suar starring Danna Garcia, Sebastián Rulli, and Laisha Wilkins. The telenovela is a remake of Argentine daily comedy Sos mi vida.

Telemundo aired the serial from May 23 to November 28, 2011 at 8pm central. As with most of its other telenovelas, the network broadcasts English subtitles as closed captions on CC3. It is a remake of Colombian telenovela of 1998-1999 Yo amo a Paquita Gallego by Julio Jimenez.

Victorinos is a Spanish-language telenovela produced by the United States-based television network Telemundo. It debuted on June 23, 2009, replacing Sin Senos no hay Paraíso and concluded February 5, 2010. The telenovela is a remake of the 1991 RTI Colombia weekly series Cuando Quiero Llorar No Lloro, which in turn is based in the homonymous 1970 novel by Venezuelan writer Miguel Otero Silva. Ramiro Meneses, who is currently directing the Telemundo telenovela, starred as one of the Victorinos in the 1991 RTI series. The serial ran from Monday to Friday to run for over 26 weeks. As with most of its other soap operas, the network broadcasts English subtitles as closed captions on CC3. Ironically, this show was replaced by the original serial of the show, it had replaced.. Telemundo is currently re-airing the series at 12:30/11:30 PM slot

Hasta Que el Dinero Nos Separe is a telenovela produced by Emilio Larrosa. It is a remake of the Colombian soap opera Hasta Que la Plata Nos Separe. Hasta Que el Dinero Nos Separe stars Itatí Cantoral, Pedro Fernández, Victor Noriega, Luz Elena González and Joana Benedek. The telenovela made its debut on June 29, 2009 at 8 pm in Mexico's Canal de las Estrellas, in HD in some markets, and January 18, 2010 at 8/7 pm USA's Univision, starting on April 26, 2010, it aired from 8 pm est to 10 pm est in HD in some markets, until June 1, 2010, when Soy Tu Dueña premiered on Univision at 9pm, thus returning the novela back to its former one hour airing time. On February 16, 2010 Hasta Que El dinero nos separe premiered on internet TV's bsn Latino. "The Best Telenovela of the Year 2010."

Rubí est une jolie fille qui vit avec sa mère, Raphaëlle et sa sœur, Christina. Sa mère est une femme réservée, travailleuse et traditionnelle et son seul désir est de voir ses filles mener une vie simple et tranquille. Elle aime ses deux filles mais se sent plus proche de Christina. Gâtée dans son enfance par son père, Rubí a l'habitude de toujours obtenir ce qu'elle désire. Depuis la mort de celui-ci, Rubí ne parvient pas à accepter la situation financière désastreuse dans laquelle sa famille se trouve. Pourtant, sa mère et sa sœur font de leur mieux pour lui rendre la vie aisée. Christina, en travaillant jour et nuit, subvient aux besoins de la famille. Grâce à cette rentrée d'argent, Rubí a obtenu une bourse afin de poursuivre ses études dans une université privée. Elle n'a désormais qu'une seule ambition : devenir une femme riche et enviée. À l'université, elle s'est liée d'amitié avec Maribel de la Fuente, une jeune fille jolie et surtout très riche. Elle a perdu l'usage de sa jambe gauche après un accident de voiture dans lequel sa mère est décédée. Elle vit avec son père, Arthur et sa gouvernante Paula, qui veille sur elle car celle-ci se méfie de Rubí. Maribel pense avoir trouvé en Rubí, plus qu'une amie, une sœur. Elle ne voit pas que Rubí est une jeune femme vénale et calculatrice. À cause de son handicap, Maribel est une jeune fille timide qui manque de confiance en elle. Elle a rencontré un certain Hector sur Internet. Beau, brillant, fortuné et passionné, Hector est un architecte talentueux. Au fil des mois, ils sont devenus plus que des amis. Hector, décidé à rencontrer Maribel, arrive à Mexico avec son meilleur ami Alexandre Cardenas, un jeune orthopédiste. C'est un homme sûr de lui, volontaire et intelligent. C'est le coup de foudre immédiat entre Rubí et Alexandre. Malheureusement, Rubí apprend à ses dépens par le père de Maribel, qu'Alexandre n'est pas si fortuné qu'il semblait l'être. Rubí choisit de poursuivre son rêve de devenir une femme riche et, n'écoutant que son ambition, elle décide de rompre avec lui. Elle séduit alors Hector, le fiancé de Maribel. Rubí et Hector s'enfuient à Cancun le jour de la noce. Malgré tous ses efforts, elle est toujours éperdument amoureuse d'Alexandre. Après cela, tout le monde méprise Rubí et, tout au long de l'intrigue, nous découvrons les maux de Rubí et la fin tragique qui l'attend.fr
