A troubled N.Y. fireman suffers from PTSD after working the events of 9-11. Seeking a fresh start, he relocates to a small town. His nightmares, however, do not subside as the population of the town decreases.

A group of students build a haunted house for Halloween to help raise money for their class trip. The students get more then they bargained for, however, when they come across a substance in the building that begins turning them, and the townspeople, into flesh-craving zombies.
