Casseta & Planeta is a Brazilian group of comedians who run a TV show named Casseta & Planeta Urgente, broadcast by Rede Globo. The humour featured on the show is mostly satirical, relating to religious or ethical groups, and minorities. The group founded a company called Toviassu Produções Artísticas, whose name is an acronym composed of syllables from the phrase "Todo viado é surdo" – "Every gay is deaf"; which is the ending of a widely known Brazilian practical joke. Each one of the seven members has a specific function within the company. They present their TV show at Rede Globo and publish a website and many books, among other products, for example the "Machobol". Originally a magazine named Casseta Popular and a humour newspaper called O Planeta Diário, the two teams joined forces and were hired by Rede Globo to become writers for the network's comedy shows, starting with TV Pirata in 1988. A few years later, they starred in their own show.

Dança dos Famosos is a Brazilian entertainment reality television show airing on Rede Globo television network and filmed live from the Projac studios in Rio de Janeiro. The show is based on the United Kingdom BBC Television series Strictly Come Dancing, however it is an unofficial Spin-off.

Faustão, a fruit seller, is selected by God himself to become Inspector Faustão, defender of the animals. He's joined by Sérgio Mallandro in a mission to save a group of quails from an illegal smuggler, while also having to deal with a bratty kid and a jealous girlfriend.

Grieved over the loss of their daughter, an elderly couple has decided do spend their vacation travelling around Europe. The cab driver who takes them to the airport, Leo, overhears their conversation and decides to profit from their situation: Leo convinces the couple's staff he's their nephew, and invites his friends and girlfriend over for a special summer. Domingão do Faustão is a Brazilian talk show aired every Sunday since 1989. Produced by Rede Globo and hosted by Fausto Silva also known as Faustão, it features live music performances as well as special segments, such as the Dança dos Famosos and the more recent Dança no Gelo. It is one of the oldest and most famous Globo's television shows since its first broadcast in 1989.
