Biography
Angelines Fernández was born in Madrid, Spain in 1922. During the Spanish Civil War she was supportive the Republicans, and afterwards the Spanish Maquis. As a result of her support of the Spanish Maquis, she fled Spain in 1947 and after a brief time in Cuba she settled in Mexico. She began acting in films in the mid-1950s and television by the end of the decade. She gained her greatest fame playing Doña Clotilde "La Bruja del 71" on the Mexican sitcom "El Chavo del Ocho." Fernández died from lung cancer in 1994.

When he arrives he comes to know the corrupt leaders who through out the movie try to make him leave. Although he is being harassed you can see how much he cares for the kids and their circumstances. He deals with problems by using his hilarious comments.
