Joe Joe has just opened up his very own rim shop and things are going well until an evil loan shark comes to collect an old debt. With no money in the bank Joe Joe has 24 hours to come up with the cash or he loses everything.

New Orleans has the No. 1 per capita murder rating in the nation. A decade earlier, the city was dubbed the "Murder Capital of the Country". Drugs and violence controlled the streets, taking a toll on the city's law enforcement, neighborhoods, and its people. "Death Toll" illustrates this dark chapter in the city's history.

One hot summer day in New Orleans, BJ (Troy Anders) tries to keep his deceased brother's legacy alive by throwing the hottest, rip-roaring block party of the summer. But he has a few obstacles to overcome first, one jealous baby-mamma and a crooked cop trying to sabotage the whole event.

CJ carries on his family tradition by putting together the biggest jam of the summer. Things seem to be going great, until he is confronted by the hilarious antics of a crooked cop named "Blue Eyes" and his older brother's baby -mamma.

After discovering that the mayor"s daughter is trapped inside their hideout, he must square off against them--as well as the police seeking to rescue her.
