Terapie is HBO Europe’s Czech adaptation of the Israeli award-winning TV drama series BeTipul (In Treatment), part of a series of adaptations that also includes Romanian, Polish and Hungarian versions. It explores one of the defining features of modern society, therapy, as seen through the eyes of a psychiatrist whose professional and personal life is on the verge of collapse.

A bitter comedy about how difficult it can be to forgive parents for their concern, reproaches, or unfulfilled expectations was filmed in Ostrava by Czech Television director Lenka Wimmerová. We can guess what lies behind it this time too – is it the emptiness in their own lives after their children have left home, or disillusionment with their own failed marriages? The main character, Ivana, lives alone, without a husband and without her daughter, who is abroad. She suffers from insomnia and finds it difficult to detach herself from family injustices and her own life failures.

A sensual summer comedy for discerning audiences. In a small town with a nostalgic swimming pool, a variety bar, and a pink pastry shop, a couple in love, an aging playboy, a lifeguard, and a variety artist named Marčélo and his much younger wife Eliška are constantly fighting. Their encounters are full of jealousy and sensual love. Their relationship is disrupted by Marčélo's son Mican and, in particular, the sensual barmaid Hedvika. However, there is also the strange director Motýlek, who is in town to shoot a film.
