Spanar Jaya tells the story of Pak Selamat, a small businessman who aspires to find success in the business world. Iskandar, on the other hand, is a young man who graduated from an overseas university in the field of engineering and is interested in motoring and chooses to work in a workshop. The series also featured the character of a young man who migrated from outside Kuala Lumpur to find a job and work at a workshop in Spanar Jaya.

The story of the residents of Kampung Pisang who were hit by mysteries and problems. Every week there are "those" who come to disturb the villagers, and surprisingly, everything varies such as toyol, rempit ghosts, werewolves, river ghosts, oil people, zombies, aliens, pocong and most unique Kak Limah ghost! The villagers will be in chaos and they will work together to harmonize their beloved village.

The peace and serenity of Kampung Pisang (Banana Village) is thrown into complete chaos one fateful night….. .The troubles start with the sudden death of Pak Abu, who suddenly falls off his bike in front of three villagers. These three troublemakers are always hanging around the roadside, plucking their guitars and singing. The three lads, Husin, Atan and Mat Karan rush Pak Abu’s body back to his house, and quickly tell the great tale to Pak Jabit, the head of the village. Pak Jabit goes over to Pak Abu’s house to pay his respects, but suddenly dies when looking at Pak Abu’s prostate body.

In the factory itself, Husin meets his old friends again including Usop, Deris and Mat Karan. They then get involved in solving a mystery, with violent zombies in the factory itself.

The story starts when Gunung, Daik and Bercabang stop at a town called Lang Buana, which is located by the river, while they are running away from their master, Orang Kaya Seri Bentan. Upon their arrival, the town folks give them a resounding welcome, making them wonder what the festivity is all about. They then realize that the villagers have mistaken them for the much-awaited princes who will save the town from being attacked by the evil Sang Nira who intends to seize Lang Buana!
