Who can talk about the medals won at the Olympic Games in London, but at the same time knows who Captain Haddock is? Who knows whether Lacan was a hair growth product or a psychoanalyst and can also program their own digital television? Who has déjà vu when leafing through the Encyclopedia Britannica and when reading the interviews with the new Miss Waregem Koerse? Who, oh who, is the smartest person in Flanders, Belgium, Europe, and by extension, the world? That is determined by a fierce battle between three fellow human beings. Every day, someone is eliminated, someone who may not be the smartest, but who is perhaps cherished in their family circle because of their many other talents. Kabouter Plop is the eponymous protagonist in a children's television series by Studio 100. The television series is directed by Bart Van Leemputten. Most episodes last about five minutes and are set in Plop's milk inn or in Kabouter forest. The stories often involve pranks by naughty Kabouter Klus. Each episode starts with Plop lying in bed and reviewing what happened the past day. At the end of the episode he says he goes to "Kabouter dream land". Most episodes contain a moral.

He is a tough sailor but has a gingerbread heart. But Piet Piraat cannot do it alone, he has his 3 friends. They eat chunks of bread on the crooked barge. That bread baked by Berend Brokkenpap. His chunky bread is delicious but his soup is way too weak. And they never sail lost, because the helmsman is Stien Struis! She's as strong as a beer, but she's as strong as a mouse. And Steven Quiet, you never hear him, because he can't talk. Even if he really wanted to, he never sings along with the lie! These sailors are also there for each other during busy times. All chickens are on deck for Piet Piraat and his crazy gang!
The story is about six vacationers Tom, Anna, Liv, Victoria, Flo, Lenny and Jack, who have jobs in hotel 13. Tom is an inventor who has been given the message to go to hotel 13 and find room 13. Anna and Liv help him with this. There they find a passage to a dusty room with a strange mechanical device. This turns out to be a time machine with which they can go back in time. But if they change something in the past, the future can be changed with it. Jack and Mr. Leopold are constantly on their heels and they want to find room 13 too.
