Biography

Dionne Quan (born October 20, 1978) is an American voice actress. Quan, a Chinese American, was born in Lexington, Massachusetts to Lori and Daryl Quan. She is legally blind, having been born with optic hyperplasia. Her acting scripts are written in Braille for her. She obtained her first voice work at the age of 14 for television commercials. She is the voice of Kimi Finster, a character from the cartoon television show Rugrats and All Grown Up!. She was first introduced in the second Rugrats movie, Rugrats in Paris: The Movie. She is the youngest actor in the cast. She also has a regular role on The Fairly OddParents (as Trixie Tang). In 2005, she starred as Yasmin in a show for 4Kids Entertainment called Bratz. More recently, she was on Disney Channel's Shorty McShorts' Shorts, in the episode, "Dudley and Nester Do Nothing", as the Kodama Twins. Groundling Marsh was nominated at the 12th Annual Gemini Awards for Best Preschool Program or Series. John Pattison was also nominated for a Gemini for the episode "Bah Hegdish". The show had its series finale on November 28, 1997. The show is still seen on Bell Media-owned educational station CTV Two Alberta in Canada.
