Babylon 5 is a five-mile long space station located in neutral space. Built by the Earth Alliance in the 2250s, its goal is to maintain peace among the various alien races by providing a sanctuary where grievances and negotiations can be worked out among duly appointed ambassadors. A council made up of representatives from the five major space-faring civilizations - the Earth Alliance, Minbari Federation, Centauri Republic, Narn Regime, and Vorlon Empire - work with the League of Non-Aligned Worlds to keep interstellar relations under control. Aside from its diplomatic function, Babylon 5 also serves as a military post for Earth and a port of call for travelers, traders, businessmen, criminals, and Rangers.

The Kids From C.A.P.E.R. was a Saturday morning live action television comedy series for children, produced by NBC, that aired from September 11, 1976, to November 20, 1976, and resumed from April 9, 1977, to September 3, 1977. The 13 episodes were produced and directed by Stanley Z. Cherry; among the executive producers was rock impresario Don Kirshner. Both Cherry and Kirshner had worked for previous television series; Kirshner notably for the similairly-themed The Monkees. One of the songs from the series, "When It Hit Me" was released as a single. In addition, it was recorded by Rob Hegel for his 1980 album released by RCA. "Tit For Tat," and "Baby Blue" had both been previously released by Neil Sedaka on his 1975 album "Hungry Years."

Two cops are sent cross-country by train (on board the titular Hollywood Beach) to return a suspect in a murder case that's been closed. But a brutal murder that has all the earmarks of the one just solved, along with the presence of a crime boss on board the train, plants a seed of doubt in the cops' minds as to whether the original murderer is still on the loose.
