Biography
Nicolas Ribowski is a French film and television director known for his work in the 1970s and 1980s. Born to parents who were deported during World War II, Ribowski was hidden by a family in Moissac until the end of the war. He began his career as an assistant director, working with filmmakers like Alain Cavalier and Jacques Tati. Ribowski directed episodes for television series such as Médecins de nuit and Navarro. He also directed the film Une affaire d'hommes (1981). Ribowski's work often explores themes of justice and human relationships.
