Bagdad Cafe

The German soldier Clemens Forel - determined to be reunited with his beloved family - makes a dramatic escape through bitter cold winters, desolate landscapes, and life threatening ventures from a Siberian labor camp after World War II. 8000 miles and three endless years of uncertainty later, he is finally about to reach his destination... An edge of your seat drama that celebrates the power of the human spirit and the force of will, while inspired and impowered by love.

Nach Bluff
Experimental short film directed by Bastian Clevé (1976).
Nachtwache
The great, increasing intensity of the film results from an interaction of the actress and camera not yet attempted in this way. The phases of emotions of a life lived through in a few minutes - the theme that the film has posed - are completely expressed. Time-lapse and delay immediately express the external process, the performer adequately succeeds in demonstrating the internal processes. Interesting are the nuances with which the color scheme follows the development of the idea. This applies here in a special way also from the acoustic processing.

Über den Flammenbaum
Achieves a precise structure within the action which has two women as protagonists, one seen from behind, the other on the phone. The repetitive immobility of the images extends over the duration and thickens the structure of a physical restlessness beyond the screen.
