After participating to a previous show where they have to bet or be challenged to any kind of competitions, the losing members of the Gaki no Tsukai are selected to spend 24 hours in a setting which they have no knowledge of the theme nor the course of the events. They are exposed to various absurd and crazy situations nonstop for 24 hours and must refrain from laughing. If they do so, hang-men appear and hit the rule breakers with a weapon (the weapon varies every year).

The Shimazu Clan of South Osaka, a longstanding yakuza group, built its foundation in the port cargo handling industry and maintained its independence as a traditional gambling syndicate. However, after two police raids disrupted their gambling operations, Sakuragi interrogates a regular customer, Hirata, and uncovers that it was orchestrated by the Koga Family. Sakuragi and Kanamori confront Tatsumi (Takashi Shigematsu) at his office, who had been manipulating Hirata, but Kanamori is shot by a Koga Family member. The long-standing cold war between the Shimazu Clan and the Koga Family erupts into full-blown conflict...!!

This is the beginning of a bizarre communal life connected by meals for a gangster and a university student.

While Mita fully understands the risk of triggering a deadly clash with Kyowakai, Okada and others, dissatisfied with Marugami-kai’s stance, launch a surprise attack on the Fujishiro-gumi, a group operating within Kyowakai's territory—igniting an explosive confrontation.
