Master Ravi

Three brothers, each raised in different religious households, reunite after many years in a chance encounter. They set out to take revenge on those responsible for separating them.

After his father's death, a traumatised Rakesh is adopted by a Christian couple who rename him, Rocky. Years later, he realises his true identity and vows to avenge his father's murder.

Tamil-speaking Priya and Punjabi-speaking Dr. Kiran meet and fall in love with each other, and get married. Kiran likes to drink and likes the company of women, Priya is aware of this and always suspects him of having an affair. When Shobha decides to go for a vacation to her parents' house, Kiran meets with a dancer/singer, Lulu, spends the night with her, and wakes up next morning to find her dead body. Fearing that the Police will arrest him, and his wife will leave him, he disposes off the body off of a bridge into a river, and returns home to try and lead a normal life. When the Police find Lulu's body, they discover that she had taken a taxi to Kiran's house on the night of her death. It looks like Kiran may have to face the consequences of being arrested and his wife leaving him.

Outspokenly devoted to her principles, Madhavi finds her relationship with her husband, Ajay, an ambitious engineer, crumbling. What continues to bind them is their son Bunty, who eventually must undergo the pain of separating parents. At first, Bunty stays with his mother and her new husband, Dr. Vinod, but his increasingly difficult situation with the doctor prompts the boy to move in with his father.

Annapurna's son is Pranay who married Amrutha but was killed by Amrutha's father due to Pranay's caste. After 12 years, Amrutha also dies of depression and sends her son to Pranay's mother, Annapurna.

The story starts with the special birthday celebration of a girl. Vasudevan (Sivaji Ganesan) narrates the story which goes back 14 years behind. Karunakaran (S. V. Subbaiah) and Vasudevan (Master Baji) are brothers whose parents had died. They are very much loving and close to each other but Vasudevan longs for mother's love.
