The movie revolves with a story of innocent young man who is entrapped and convicted in a murder case. After release from jail he knows the truth and he takes revenge on those person behind the plot.

Raja then re-locates to Delhi so that he can accumulate enough wealth in order to get his sister married. Shortly thereafter Boota and Nikki receive a money order and a letter from him. It is this news that will result in Boota's sudden death, Nikki will be abducted, while Raja will be held captive, leaving Din Dayal free to get Vijay married to wealthy Seema, the daughter of Colonel Kruparam Kapoor.

His neighbour who arranges the marriage dupes Munshi Ji who inspite of doubts at the time of the ceremony allows the marriage to be solemnised. Later, when these doubts are confirmed Munshi Ji vows to settle scores with his neighbour.
