Encounters with black-eyed children have been reported worldwide. The film centers on deeply personal interviews with a chemical plant worker, a marathon runner stalked on a midnight trail, a camper deep in the wilderness, and a music student home alone.
Andy, a young adult, is housed by his mother and friends in a small town. After a traumatic experience with his church, he is forced to undergo one of the hardest years of his life, and uncover his own individuality while unbeknownst to him, he is being followed by a mysterious figure known only as The Phantom.
