It's all because of hitting Zainab! Izlan is forced to replace Zainab as a clown in the children's ward. There, he meets many children suffering from cancer, including Mimi who struggles to get frequent hospital treatment. However, Izlan's presence has sparked jealousy in Dr. Adib towards Dr. Fatihah. What is really happening?
Fatimah is separated from her biological daughter, Nazira, since she moved to Sarawak following her new husband, Azman. Fatimah's mother-in-law instigates Nazira to hate her mother. Before passing away, Fatimah's mother-in-law confesses to Nazira that Fatimah had tried to contact her but was prevented by her. Azman, who is suffering from cancer, is unable to care for Fatimah who is also ill (Alzheimer's) and sends Fatimah to an elderly care center.
