Davy's the new kid at the strange and infamous school of Hard Knocks, and he quickly is forced to adapt to the new school after being "initiated" by the current class president: Kane. Wanting to make a difference, Davy steps up to fight the student council in attempts to become the new class president.
During a quarrel in detention, aspiring heroes Pennyman and Telek-Not accidentally release a famed villain: Papercut. Together, the two must set aside their differences to reseal Papercut and save the school.
