Amar began his journey in cinema through his involvement with Persma, where he participated in the making of a found footage documentary. Initially just a film enthusiast, his passion for storytelling grew into a commitment to pursue directing more seriously. Today, Amar works as an independent filmmaker, with his latest short film “Langkah” marking the beginning of his exploration into themes of migration and loss, while symbolizing his transition from audience to creator.
