Biography
Jermac is a young filmmaker and artist from a mixed heritage background in England. Most known for his online presence with over millions of views on YouTube, he also has been making music since 2019. Since he was young he has been constantly making films with his friends, his first publicly released film being 'Answers' (2023). Once joining a film production course at the University of Lincoln in 2023, Jermac has been making short films and documentaries since. 'SYNTAX' (2026) is Jermac's directing debut short film, which he also co-wrote for his graduation project. He continues being creative and making media.
Known For

In a futuristic world like earth, androids act, feel and appear like humans. But when Azimov, the dictator of the last remaining city, Syntax, decides to use androids for power, the humans left on this world start to view androids no longer as their equals. In a revolt, the androids aim to escape. Revyn and Ava almost break out until Ava is captured and Revyn is shot. When a scavenger reawakens Revyn in a scrapyard, he must journey far and wide, fight wasteland nomads and maintain what is left of his humanity, in hope of finding Ava.
SYNTAX

Set on New Year’s Eve. Elizabeth, an overworked intern at a long-forgotten government black site receives an other-worldly signal. It’s up to her, a cowardly general, the site’s near bankrupt financier and a plucky yet mysterious receptionist to respond. However, not everything goes to plan after ulterior motives are revealed and tension quickly rises.
