Biography
Gabriel Rodrigues is a photographer and video editor since 2016. He holds a degree in Audiovisual Arts from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Norte - UFRN and is co-founder of the production company Duna Lab. His work includes the documentary MAHMUNDI: NOITES DE FRISSON (RN, 2026), the short film IARA (RN, 2023), the photofilm Saudade (RN, 2023) and musical sessions such as Didn't Cha Know by Bia Brand (RN, 2023) and Tocando Mais Uma by Theon (RN, 2023), as well as various advertising and cinematic directing and editing projects.

Between longing and regret, Isabela finds in technology an unexpected possibility: reliving memories through artificial intelligence. As she dives into the past, she is faced with recollections that both confront and transform her. But to what extent is remembering enough?
IARA: Synthetic Memories
During her visit to Rio Grande do Norte in July 2025, Mahmundi performs two intimate shows as part of her musical experimentation, alternating between an electronic and an acoustic approach. The documentary follows the process through rehearsals, backstage moments and the celebration of her 39th birthday in the land of the Potiguar people.
