The university clubs of the UPV are criminal organizations: Trafficking, extortion, murders, illegal gambling happen under the EPSG. Gonza "El Porteño," a first-year student, falls into the biblioclub working for Sara "PRR," the deputy head of the mafia.
Inspired by Smiling Friends, Mip and Freddy have to take care of making a vicious person, Pepe, smile. Throughout the film, they are presented with bizarre situations that culminate in a peculiar café.
