Charterhouse Street, London. Smithfield Market is one of the oldest markets in the city, with its current covered building dating to the mid-Victorian period. Due to close in 2028.

Shot between Spring and Summer 2025, divided between Wall St in Manhattan, and Red Hook/Gowanus in Brooklyn.
