A collaboration between VTV and TBS, an adaptation from the 2006 TV series Taiyou no Uta - A Song to the Sun.

The story follows a poor and ugly orphaned man who learned to love and take care of a small girl after her mother disappeared.

The show follows the life in an idyllic fishing village when a super storm came and washed away everything and the tragedy 20 years later.
