The Hedenhös family time-travels and ends up in a museum in Stockholm in 2013. They explore the modern world and try to find a way to get back home.

There is something going on in the small town of Backberga. The towns proud telecom company Unicom is just about to launch a new modern profile when they discover that there is something lurking in the outskirts of Backberga. An accident triggers a power failure, which leads to a chain of events,mishaps and love stories. Flicker is a warm comic story about people trying to find their place within the modern society.

The year is 1989 and Stefan works as a bus driver between Norrland and Murmansk. With him on the journeys is the Russian interpreter Jana which he has fallen in love with. He is prepared to do everything to win her love, but her mother sets an ultimatum - get a safe front door. Stefan has competition from a Russian and soon the contest is on, "who can give the mother the best door".

Middle-aged couple Rolf and Eva live in a passionless relationship. They wear and tear at each other and Eva begins to feel sexually frustrated. One night she tries to seduce Rolf. He dismisses her but then something happens that will change their relationship forever.

A man who still lives with his parents tries to realize his dream of becoming a magician.

Leif finds himself progressively encroaching upon a delirious, hypnagogic mental maze, tugging at the intersection between dream and reality.

There was a double homicide on the forgotten Swedish countryside several years ago. Two angry young men beat two young women to death, seemingly without any particular reason. The years passed but the images in our heads did not disappear. We tried to forget it, wrote screenplay after screenplay, but we always came back to those murders, and to telling the story about a part of Sweden that we never read about in newspapers, and that is populated by people whose thoughts and destinies rarely reaches beyond their village.
