Nina is a poor girl who just got accepted into her dream university, but she can't pay the first tuition fee. Stressed out by money problems and her neighborhood, she ends up stealing her neighbors' panties and selling them on a Facebook group so she can afford to go to college.
Lilis hopes certification will offer a way forward, but the system moves slower than her need to survive.
