Alma Romero

A delirious Balloon Vendor sings "Happy Birthday" to his peculiar companion. Upon discovering that she is hiding the balloons he intends to give her, he questions whether their connection is genuine affection or an escape from reality.

A taxi driver sets out for his daily route in the city center. After a series of fares, he discovers that all his earnings have vanished, forcing him into a desperate search for a way to afford his next meal.
