Luciano Manuel Piñeiro Martínez, better known as Chano Piñeiro (Forcarey, Pontevedra; October 12, 1954 - Vigo, March 21, 1995) was a Spanish film director. The main promoter of cinema in Galicia and in the Galician language, he was a self-taught director who began making his first works in Super-8 during the 1970s.
