Kizhakku Vasal film takes place in a village that the movie is titled after. Revathy leads a cloistered life and does not visit any one. Nonetheless, Karthik, the village hero falls in love with him. Meanwhile Kushboo also woos Karthik, but Karthik reciprocates his love for Revathy. There is a fight between the families.

Movie features a mechanic, who constantly gets into a brawl with a well-known smuggler. All hell breaks loose, when he discovers that the smuggler is none other than his father, who alienated him.

Sakhi gets involved with her employer's son, Raja, and later kills him. When Raja's brother, Sunil, returns from a foreign country, he starts investigating Raja's mysterious death.
