Ranjit is the right-hand man of a gangster named "Uncle". He has been working for him since he was a runaway child, and excels in all of kinds of criminal activities, currently managing a night-club called "Playboy". He meets with beautiful Anju and both fall in love with each other. Then he finds out that Anju is not who she claims to be but someone hired by Pratap to be close to him, entrap him, and get him killed. But that does not happen, Ranjit survives, rescued by Anju, and he helps her free her brother, Rakesh, from Pratap's clutches. Then some priceless jewelery is placed on display, and a number of gangsters decide to try and steal them, knowing fully well that there is a 24 hour police guard, as well as an alarm system. It is after this robbery that the past will be re-visited and it is then a number of people, on whom Ranjit has depended upon, will come to know of his real background, including the murder he committed before he started his career as a criminal.

A landlord's son and a farmer's daughter fall in love and marry secretly in a temple. Since their love is not accepted by the families, they are forced to separate while their child grows up in an orphanage.

An ancestral property is distributed between two brothers, then a couple of years later, bitterness divides their families. An outsider in the younger brother's family tries to kill the others, which is resisted in time, and they reunite.

Aftermath Chandrasekaran dies a broken-hearted man leaving his wife and youngest daughter to be in their children's merciless hospitality. Rangan, with his simplicity and pure-hardheartedness, takes it upon himself to look after the mother and sister. In the end, he proves that love and affection is the greatest wealth.

After abandoning Gauri, his wife who is visually impaired, Sanjeev goes on a hunting trip and is presumed dead. He returns months later to find that his best friend Sunil has stolen his identity.

When Kamal Kumar meets the young, beautiful Gayatri on a train he instantly falls in love, and despite the fact that he is the son of a wealthy landowner, Rattan Kumar, and she the daughter of a farmer, Narayan, he convinces her to marry him. But when Kamal has to go to Singapore for business, his father finds out about the wedding and makes Gayatri swear she will never reveal her relationship with Kamal to anyone. When Gayatri discovers she is pregnant with Kamal's child, she and her father are forced to leave the village.

Mehrban is a 1967 Hindi language film written and directed by A. Bhimsingh. It is a remake of Bhimsingh's own Tamil film Padikkadha Medhai (1960) which itself was a remake of the 1953 Bengali film Jog Biyog, based on the novel of the same name by Ashapoorna Devi.

Hukumat takes an instant liking to Raj, and tells him that his wife will only allow him to take up residence if he tells her that he is already married. Raj reluctantly does so, and thus acquires residence with the Rai family. Eventually Mrs. Rai takes a liking to Raj, so does Shanti. Shanti finds out Raj and her dad had lied to the family about Raj's marital status, she confronts Raj, and he readily admits that he lied.

Pazhani is a 1965 Indian Tamil-language drama film directed and Screenplay by A. Bhimsingh and produced by A. P. Chinnappan. The film dialogue were written by M. S. Solaimani and story written by G. V. Iyer respectively. . The film features Sivaji Ganesan played titular role with other prominent actors S. S. Rajendran, R. Muthuraman, T. S. Balaiah and M. R. Radha in lead with Devika, Nagesh, Pushpalatha and C. Lakshmi Rajyam played pivotal role. The film had musical score by Viswanathan–Ramamoorthy and was released on 14 January 1965.
