The film tells the story of Raja Ravi Varma at a certain stage in his life. He is in the process of painting a masterpiece. The theme of his painting is Pururavas, the legendary king who fell in love with the heavenly nymph Urvashi, who later agrees to become his wife on certain conditions, but disappears without a trace when she discovers that the conditions were violated. Pururavas wanders all around to find her and ultimately does get united with his lover. Ravi Varma, during his work, finds himself attracted to his model Sugandha Bhai and this relationship begin to acquire certain shades of the legend of Urvashi and Pururavas. Together they are thrown into a torrent of love and passion from which they find it difficult to scape.

Anthony Yaar? (English: Who is Anthony?) is a 2009 Tamil language film starring Shaam and Mallika Kapoor in the lead roles. The rest, as they, is all cinematic clichés.

Loosely based on the 1957 classic "Dekh Kabira Roya", this is a story of three male friends, Deepak, Vinod and Sanjay. The three pals meet three young ladies named Neela, Shree, and Sherry, who would like to marry a businessman, a cricketer, and a singer. The dreams of these ladies do come true, and they wind up on a marriage pandal with the love of their lives. But wait, Neela who wanted to marry a cricket player is about to tie the knot with businessman Sanjay; Shree wanted to marry a businessman but ends up with Deepak the singer; and Sherry who wanted to marry a singer ends up with cricketer Vinod. To add to the confusion are gangster Tundabhai, and a Pakistan-based terrorist, Chaman Chindi, who are out to kill Sanjay, Deepak and Vinod, so that Tundabhai can add Neela, Shree and Sherry to his harem - & the result is utter and hilarious chaos.

Shanmugham (Jeevan) comes to Chennai with his mother in search of his father (Raj Kapoor). When they get to the place, they see him living with another wife. In a hussle, he kills this old wife and sends this boy outside to beg. He comes out with dead mother and an auto driver (Chandrasekar) helps with all he has to cremate the body and gives some money and asks him to go back to his own city. Shanmugham wanted to read and become a great man. But he gets caught with the corrupt police guys and was used for their jobs (which involved murder). So when he grows up, he becomes a big rowdy by the name of Thotta (bullet).
