Biography
Trần Hồng Hải (c.1926 -17th July 2019), better known by his pen name Phan Vũ, was a Vietnamese poet, screenwriter and actor. He was best known for his poetry collection “Em ơi - Hà Nội phố” which was later used as lyrics for Phú Quang’s famous song of the same name.
