Vraneštica, a village near Makedonski Brod, in the west part of Macedonia, unlike other villages in this region, still exists today thanks to its unique craft – pottery.

A film about the villages of Mesheishte and Klimeshta, places known for the large economic migration to Austria, caused by the poor economic living conditions in this part of Macedonia.

Millstones have always been produced in Lesnovo, placed in the Zletovo area, by cutting the rocks at the surrounding mountains. The production of these millstones and their transport through the steep slopes is a real Sisyphus labor.

A film about one of the oldest preserved crafts in the Balkans - the coloring of wool rug covers, which is still cultivated in the village of Virovo in the city of Demir Hisar. This craft is carried out with the help of natural resources as the terrain of the village is hydrographic - located between mountain streams.

The film treats those thematic contents of the fresco painting in the church "St. George" in Staro Nagoricani that present the cruelty in the persecution of true fighters for the Christian faith. "In the summer of our Lord 1317, the great painters - Evtihie and Mihailo Astrapa, were called upon to decorate the church of St. George in Staro Nagoricani with magnificent paintings: the dazzling elegance of the style did not prevent them from depicting scenes of unstoppable executioner's invention in the calendar and life of St. George."
