Samuel spends his summer with his strict father and artistic brother. At the same time he longs to get away from the isolated house as the frustration in the family grows.

A mischievous group of boys in their early teens sets off to spray paint and play robbers on a beautiful summer evening, but instead, they get to deal with far too big emotions. The film shows great sensitivity depicting the small, important moments between young friends.

Two balloons realises that they both want different things out of their short lives, but they don't want to do it without each other.
