A young man meticulously filters through the footage of his unfinished short film, after the abrupt death of the woman he cast in it. Under the obsession of this lost love, he spirals into an absurd and pathetic game of revision, alienating his sister in the process; who is attempting to make sense of her own journey through all this.

Katie, a theatre teacher at an all girls Catholic school in Melbourne, and the director of the school's musical production, has to deal with late cast and crew, demanding staff members, and a chaos-inducing gift, all within 30 minutes of their opening night.

Ernest is an ex bandit loner ridden with guilt in a lawless world. Haunted by the sins of his actions, he stumbles across Shane, a troubled orphan traumatised by the recent death of his parents. Together they form an unbreakable bond that is tested by suspicions and unspeakable actions of the past. As Ernest’s past catches up to him, shane and the ex bandit will come head to head with the past for a chance at redemption and a second life.

The monologue of a lone performer on stage reflects the silent struggles of an unknown audience member obscured by the shadows. As memories and reality blurs, the film investigates the suffocating emotions of pain and fight.
