After turning against friends of his Kung Fu teacher, Cheung Li Kung is banished to Malaysia, but instead of reforming, Cheung sets up a casino to steal wages back from the miners who work for him. When he also kidnaps the local store owner's daughter, and beats her after she refuses his advances, only those familiar with the invincible techniques of Bruce Lee can stop Cheung's evil use of Kung Fu. During Japan's invasion of China in World War II, two disgraced Japanese soldiers are given a second chance. Facing execution for various infractions, the two men are offered a reprieve if they take a special assignment. Since they can speak Chinese and know the territory, the men are assigned to the task of running a Chinese labor camp the Japanese operate in occupied territory. After the men take over, they work the prisoner's so hard the labor force rises up in revolt of their treatment.

It’s the end of the Tang dynasty, the country is in turmoil. A blacksmith Yuchi Gong (Honglin Dong) wants to join the army of Li Jiancheng and Li Yuanji. Due to his upright character and formidable martial skills he raises high in the ranks of their army. Unfortunately, he was disappointed by the two wreck less Li brothers and decided to join their more just and noble enemy, Liu Wuzhou. The brothers Li heard that Liu’s wife and his sister-in law are two rare beauties so they decide to kidnap them. Yuchi Gong succeeds in rescuing them but Liu’s wife dies. The stage is set for an all out martial mayhem.

A mining community discovers that men are dying from unknown circumstances which leads to the discovery of a giant flying monster vulture by the name of Rodan that promptly attacks Japan.
