Biography
Dan started his filmmaking career in 2013 as a Scriptwriter, but quickly realised he is more interested in the directing and production side of filmmaking. In his free time, he developed and directed several independent short films revolving around different subjects. From short documentaries to fictions and music videos, he is keen to explore different type of storytelling through audiovisual. He’s also a part time educator with TAR University of Management and Technology, teaching the subjects of videography and photography for the Faculty of Communication and Creative Industries. His latest short film, Road to Harvard had travelled around the world, being featured in festivals such as the Oscar Qualifying festival, Short Shorts Film Festival and Asia , winning the Audience Award and the Cambodia International Film Festival.
