The plot of the movie is based on the story of the director of the school about how this accordion, once belonging to a cadre worker who died during a demonstration in 1905, has been in many hands before it got to the guys.

Vetlugin, a worker at a Ural factory, becomes a member of the Moscow soccer team "Turbina". The captain and center forward Vitaly Grinko, known to the whole country, is jealous of the newcomer and tries to defame the simple-minded player. The whole team takes the side of the newcomer, criticizes the captain's behavior, and wins in the game with a foreign team.

An air base for forest protection is located not far from the border. A team of parachute firefighters takes off to extinguish the fire. Newcomer Valentin Volgin shows indecisiveness during his first flight and is late with his jump.
