Win Oo

A documentary film that capture the moment of an old man in the dilapidated oldest cinema in Yangon reflecting his old day working in this cinema and missing the time with his beloved wife who has passed away.

Win Oo, after learning he has lung cancer, begins to change his ways and seeks to do good in the time he has left. However, his efforts to make amends and live meaningfully begin to take a toll on his personal life, especially straining his relationship with his wife, Myint Myint May.

Win Oo is the youngest of six brothers. Before his father died, he told him to visit his older brothers’ homes and observe their wives before deciding to marry.
