The story follows a young boy, Paelo, who spends his semestral break in his home in Laguna. During his stay, an event in his family unfolds and he’ll be forced to navigate his surroundings through a child’s imagination–with his favorite Auntie, Mae.

While Tonton is writing a poem dedicated to his father, his world suddenly crumbles when his father is killed in the midst of the brutal drug war. Forced to confront grief at a young age, he clings to poetry as a way of preserving the memories, sacrifices, and quiet love of the man he once saw as his superhero.
