Pasha (an avid mountaineer at heart) and Lisa, who lived together for twenty years and raised two children, suddenly realize that their ardent love is almost gone, and they understand each other badly. It happens in any family. But in some families, these crises are somehow resolved, and everything rolls on the usual track. Our heroes are quite unexpectedly tightened in such a cycle of events that takes your breath away! In the year of the twentieth anniversary wife puts an ultimatum — either I or mountains. And that's just when my husband is going to go to the mountains for the last time....

The film tells about the difficult and dangerous everyday life of submarine officers in love with their profession during the Cold War.

The heroes got married shortly before the start of the war. In the summer of 1941, Grigory went to the front, was wounded and evacuated along with the hospital. Attempts to find her husband were unsuccessful. Tamara went to the front line as a medical instructor, then graduated from the artillery school and became a platoon commander. And later I found out that Grigory was picked up by villagers and, having changed his oath, he remained waiting for the arrival of the Soviet Army. Realizing his mistake, Grigory realized that only with blood he could atone for his guilt - and reached the front line, no longer afraid of death. Soon Tamara received a notification of his death. After the war, she remarried and was happy, like many in the post-war years. And only the unexpected return of Gregory for a while made her doubt the legitimacy of this happiness.

Having gone out into nature, Koshkin became a victim of a robber. And so, completely naked, he seeks help from people, from those who will not be afraid…
